* The phones are closed daily during lunch hours Monday - Thursday from 11:30-1. The office is closed during lunch hours on Tuesday and Thursday but does remain open for appointments during lunch hours on Monday and Wednesday. We close the office at noon every Friday. The phones do close prior to the close of business daily.

Appointments
To make an appointment, please call (706) 235-0116. We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out your paperwork or if you choose, you can download the forms from this website, fill them in, and bring them with you to your appointment. We will need you to bring with you a valid picture ID, insurance card(s), your medications in their original containers, and any co-payment(s) required by your insurance.
Telephoned Medical Questions
Our medical staff is thoroughly trained to answer routine medical questions. Our nurses will answer calls at the end of the morning and afternoon. This allows the physicians to attend to his office patients with minimal distractions. Urgent problems will be handled ASAP.
Insurance
We accept most insurances including: BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, Alliant, Ambetter from Peach State Health Plans, Medicaid, Medicare, and many more. All insurance policies have special rules and requirements. Although we may accept your insurance company, the policy you have chosen may have additional requirements to be seen at our specialty office or may be considered out of network for your benefits. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure that your care is covered and your out of pocket expense is minimized prior to your appointment.
Payment Options
We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
Prescription Refills
- Our refills are done electronically, so call your pharmacy to initiate your refill request. Please try to give 1 week notice.
- Please note that our office will not refill any medications, unless the patient has been seen in the office in the last 6 months.
